RACE DAY

The event is being held on Saturday June 8th 2019 from 11.00am - 6.00pm 
at Dunorlan Park, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN2 3QN

The schedule of the day is anticipated to be as follows:​

Doors Open: 11.00am

Main Charity Races: 12.30pm - 4.30pm

Grand Final Races: 4.30pm - 5pm

Trophies and Celebrity Hosted Prize-giving: from 5pm

TRAVELLING TO THE EVENT

Dunorlan Park is in the heart of Tunbridge Wells so we are asking all visitors to walk, cycle or use public transport to travel to the event on Saturday June 8th to ease congestion to the surrounding roads.

The event’s two entrances at Pembury Road and Halls Hole Road (Event’s Field) are all serviced regularly by buses from both Tunbridge Wells town centre and train station as well as surrounding areas and towns. 

​

PARKING

There will be no public parking at the Pembury Road and Hall’s Hole Road entrances, but we are hoping to secure a car park for 1,500 vehicles again for the 2019 race on the top "Events Field" of Dunorlan Park. The entrance is located at the top of Hall’s Hole Road, close to the corner of Hawkenbury Road.

We are also hoping to provide a limited number of blue badge holder spaces in the Halls Hole Road car park and 20 spaces close to the entrance of the Events Field (off Halls Hole Road)  on a first come first, served basis. There will also be limited space to drop off in the Pembury Road car park if needed, but no parking will be available for those requiring assistance.

Although provision has been made for parking, congestion is likely to build in the area, so we recommend if you live locally to walk to Dunorlan Park, use one of the town centre car parks or consider car-sharing to reduce the impact on the area and local residents.

Please remember to bring plenty of cash, sun cream and water and have an amazing time!
